Delivery of Restricted Goods
Alcohol is considered a restricted good. We are unable to leave restricted goods unattended at an address, and or if there is no one aged 18 years or older to receive the delivery we will not leave it.
Alcohol purchases must be signed for by someone who is aged 18 years or older.
In order to take delivery, valid and current identification must be shown to the person/s delivering the goods.
This identification must include the following:

Date of birth

Photo
-
Signature
Delivery days
Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday.
Please note, no deliveries will be made on Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, or before 1pm on Anzac day. It is illegal for us to trade on these days.
Delivery delays
Dr Beak will endeavour to deliver all normal orders within a reasonable time. However, you accept that delays may arise in some circumstances.
Delivery Costs
Items purchased are only available for delivery, there are no pick-ups allowed.
Delivery costs may vary.
If we make all reasonable attempts to deliver the goods to you in accordance with the terms of restricted goods delivery outlined above but the goods are not able to be delivered for any reason, then you must, at your expense, arrange for the goods to be redelivered.
International Delivery
For any international orders (outside New Zealand), please contact us directly at info@drbeak.nz.
Returns and Cancellation
If you wish to return a product that was provided to you under our Terms and Conditions, because it is defective, then you may contact us using our website's contact form, email address (info@drbeak.nz) or phone number [see the Contact Us page] within 7 days of the delivery time to make arrangements for that product to be returned. To process the return, you may be required to provide us with further information and sufficient photographic evidence of the defect to help us verify the nature of the defect.
You will receive a full refund if you cancel your order before it leaves our premises.
