The Haskap berry, also known as the honeyberry, is an edible blue honeysuckle and is native to the northern hemisphere. Haskaps are oval-rectangular in shape and have a unique flavour profile.

This limited release gin liqueur has been crafted by naturally infusing Haskap berries, grown near Taihape, in our New Zealand Garden Gin. This was then rested in an oak barrel before being balanced with raw sugar.

This gin liqueur expresses savoury nuances, underpinned by fresh rose petals and red berries. Bright and juicy on the palate with a lingering finish and an exotic flavour profile. Enjoy neat, over ice, or in a cocktail such as a bramble or sour.

As this is a natural product, sediment may occur and colour may change.
